Q4: What is the Warranty for the products?
A4: For the products, we have 3 years warranty. if you have any problem on our side were found in this period, we will send you the replacement in your next order.

Q5: Can I get sample to check the quality? And how many day?

A5: Sure, you can order one or few pieces sample to check our products quality firstly, it can be within 3 days once we received the payment.

Q6: Can we pay using Paypal for the samples? Does it cost extra ?

A6: Yes, Paypal is ok for samples, 5% Paypal fee. Will suggest you pay by Alibaba trade assurance using your credit card, no extra cost from us.

Q7: Do you charge for samples or freight?

A7:  According to our company policy, customers need pay for them, we will return sample charge to you in official order.

Q8: What is your payment method and payment term?

A8: Payment method: T/T, WESTERN UNIOn, PAYPAL (just for sample), Credit card, Online payment.

Payment term: For big order 40% deposit in advance,60% balance before shipment.

for samll order less than 1000USD, would suggest you pay 100% in advance to reduce the bank charges.
